Acts 2:42-47, “Church: An All-In Community”
With thanks to Pastor Mark Willcock from Indwell for some ideas

1. Opening: What is an activity or organization you’ve devoted yourself to, past or present? What are the joys and challenges to being “all-in” in that way?

2. The earliest church was “devoted” to at least five key activities; God blessed them with growth (see Acts 2:42-47). What are potential barriers to a person being devoted (fully committed) to the vision and mission and life of Faith Church? How have you seen God’s blessing arise from full commitment to a worshiping faith community, either in your own life or someone else’s?

3. In the context of participation in a communal, growing life of faith, Pastor Craig Groeschel says, “If you’re not dead, you’re not done.” Do you agree? Discuss.

4. Looking ahead to 2024, what do you want your commitment to our congregation to look like? Think of aspects like teaching and worship, relationships, and giving (money, time, and talents). How can your Home Church (or a family member or friend) support you in this commitment?

5. (Optional) When the church is functioning as God intended, what impact does this have on those outside the community of faith?
