Luke 7:36-50 “The Woman who Anointed the King”

1. Which character in the story do you identify with most? Why?
2. In what ways are you like the woman anointing Jesus? What has your faith done for you? How might you describe to others Jesus to those who doubt?
3. Everyone feels shame from time to time. Feelings of embarrassment, inadequacy, or that we’re somehow innately wrong or unshakeably broken. What is your typical response to shame? Do you share it with others; keep it to yourself; bring it before God?
